These terms govern your use of our services and website. By booking with Cart Girls or browsing our site, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit is received. We require a 50% deposit upon booking.

• Final payment is due on the day of the event.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are non-refundable and will result in a loss in your deposit.

• We reserve the right to cancel in the case of unforeseen circumstances, offering a full refund or alternative date.

3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

While we take great care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.

4. Liability

Cart Girls is not liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse of our equipment or services.

• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

• Delays caused by events outside our control (e.g. traffic, weather).

5. Use of Our Website

• All content on our site is the property of Cart Girls and may not be copied without permission.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
